Member Relationship Representative/Personal Banker

Then you may be the perfect person for our Member Relationship Representative (MRR) position. As an MRR, you will help our members improve their financial situations, primarily by saving them money on their existing loans. And they will love you for it. All calls are to existing Qualstar members - there is no cold-calling of non-members in this position.

Duties:PRIMARY DUTY: Increase member usage of credit union products and services through outbound calling program.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Follow up with existing members regarding recent credit union business or inquiries.

- Generate and follow-up on leads for potential growth within existing membership.

- Increase market penetration within existing membership.

- Assist in the implementation of promotion of credit union products.

- Handle member requests to include account opening, lending application processing, and account maintenance.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- High school or equivalent education required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong people skills.
- Strong sales skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, work quickly, efficiently, and accurately to meet deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to use computer keyboard and mouse.
- Must be able to view computer monitor.
